- How the free trial works
- 30 days from the moment you sign up. No credit card required. Use the whole app: create clients, take bookings, send reminders. Add a card any time during your trial to keep things going past day 30. Don’t want to continue? Do nothing — your subscription simply ends. No charges, no forgotten-to-cancel bills.
- Free 15-minute setup walkthrough
- Every plan includes a free 15-minute 1-on-1 screenshare with our team. We’ll help you set up your services, publish your booking link, and get your first appointment on the calendar. Email [email protected] with the subject “Book a walkthrough” and we’ll send you times.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any month from Settings → Billing inside the app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then stops. No cancellation fee, no “retention” call.
- Refunds
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. We don’t pro-rate partial months. If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us at [email protected] — we’ll make it right.
- SMS overage (Solo & Studio)
- If you go past your monthly SMS allotment, extra messages are billed at 5¢ each, with a hard $50/month cap. Once you hit the cap, SMS sends are blocked until the next billing cycle — so there’s no way to get a surprise triple-digit bill. Salon has no per-message overage and a 10,000/month fair-use soft cap.
- Changing plans
- You can move up or down between plans anytime. Reach out and we’ll handle the switch — self-serve plan changes are coming to the Billing page shortly after launch.
- Payment methods
- Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
